Estafet Kepemimpinan dan Kontestasi Ibadah: Menelisik Partisipasi Orang Muda dalam Aktivitas Eklesiastik

Abstract

Liturgical contestation and estaphet leadership, where youth participation in ecclesias-tic experience is in the warm discussion. Existance leaders could continue their leadership by extending to the youth. This article employs a qualitative analysis approach by accommodating articles, books, and other academic references. In conclusion, Paul and Titus applied the grand picture of leadership relay, portraying harmony in continuous leadership. As practiced by Titus, which belonged to current youth, character formulation could potentially be valuable to new church worship service. Youth participation in worship experience is strongly related to previous leadership estaphet that contributes legacy to the next generation.

Abstrak

Estafet kepemimpinan dan kontestasi ibadah dimana partisipasi orang muda dalam aktivitas eklesiatik sedang dalam percakapan hangat. Para pemimpin yang eksis dapat melanjutkan estafet kepemimpinan dengan memberikan amanah terhadap orang muda. Namun estafet kepemimpinan tidak berlangsung secara berkala, bahkan seperti berhenti pada generasi tertentu. Permasalahan yang diangkat dari penelitian ini adalah legasi kepemimpinan transformasional kepada orang mudah sehubungan dengan ibadah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-analisis dengan memanfaatkan artikel, buku dan referensi akademik lainnya. Sebagai kesimpulan, Paulus dan Titus mempraktikkan estafet kepemimpinan, menampilkan keharmonisan dalam kepemimpinan yang berkelanjutan. Karakter orang muda seperti Titus yang di miliki orang orang muda masa kini dapat di jadikan amunisi untuk memberikan penyegaran terhadap peribadatan di gereja. Partisipasi orang muda terhadap kegiatan ibadah sangat di pengaruhi oleh estafet kepemimpinan sebelumnya yang memberikan legasi bagi penerusnya.
